Temporary isolation fence panels are freestanding modular fencing units designed for rapid deployment and removal without permanent installation. Each panel is a complete unit — mesh welded to a steel frame, paired with a concrete base — that can be positioned by two workers in minutes.
Construction
- Panel: Welded wire mesh (50mm x 50mm, 2.5mm wire) welded to a tubular steel frame
- Frame: 32mm OD x 1.5mm wall thickness steel pipe, galvanized
- Feet/Base: Concrete block (600mm x 100mm x 100mm) with welded steel receiver sleeve. Alternative: steel plate base for indoor use.
- Connection: Panels couple via industry-standard male/female hook-and-eye clips. No tools needed.
- Stability: Concrete base weight (28 kg) provides wind resistance up to 80 km/h without additional support.
Key Advantages
- Zero-Installation: No digging, no concrete pouring, no post driving. Place and connect.
- Rapid Deployment: 100m of fencing can be installed by 2 workers in under 2 hours.
- Reusable: Panels and bases have 10+ year service life. Move site-to-site.
