    Yes — we offer two surface-mounted options: (1) Base plate connection: H-beam posts welded to 400mm×400mm×20mm steel base plates, bolted to the existing concrete slab with 8× M24 chemical anchor bolts (HILTI HIT-HY 200 or equivalent). This requires a minimum slab thickness of 200mm with reinforcement. Suitable for wall heights up to 4.0m under 0.75 kN/m² wind load. (2) Concrete ballast blocks: precast concrete blocks (1,000mm×500mm×500mm, ~600kg each) placed behind each post and connected with steel brackets. No drilling required — suitable for leased facilities where slab modifications are prohibited. For walls exceeding 4.0m or high-wind zones (>1.0 kN/m²), deep foundations remain necessary. We can arrange structural assessment of your existing slab based on reinforcement drawings and concrete core samples.
    How do you handle thermal expansion and panel joints in long noise barrier walls?
    For long barrier walls (100m+), we incorporate expansion joints at 30m intervals maximum.
